Customer Success Training Coordinator

This is an in-office position for hire at Inspired Flight’s HQ in San Luis Obispo, CA. A hybrid work schedule is potentially available. 

Job Description:

Inspired Flight Technologies is looking to expand its Customer Success team with the addition of a Customer Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Customer Success and Sales Team. The goal is to provide customers who purchase Inspired Flight Technologies UAVs with the training needed to be fully successful. The customer’s success will help build the company image and generate more sales. Our customer’s success is our success. 

This role will report directly to the Customer Success Manager within the Customer Success department. This is a prime opportunity for a highly motivated and creative professional that thrives in a startup environment and is looking for career development and advancement.

Typical responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Manager and Sales Department
  • Monitor incoming emails and company communications
  • Respond to questions from customers via phone, email, etc.
  • Provide customer support on proper use of IFT Drones, payloads, etc.
  • Coordinate training schedules and equipment shipments for all trainers and sales reps.
You’ll excel in this role if:
  • Experience in project management and personnel scheduling
  • Have keen organizational skills
  • Enjoy working with people and solving problems
  • (preferred) knowledge of UAVs and/or avionics and understanding of their uses
Education/Experience Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferable 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
